In the case of London moving to Tier 3, all visitors must attend the park in their own support bubbles and not in mixed groups. We have strict Covid measures in place across the site, including a requirement for all guests to wear face masks (unless exempt), hand sanitation stations and social distancing everywhere. Travelling between tiers is done so at your own risk and if you are unsure if you should travel, we advise you to seek advice from Gov.uk.
Please be aware that all tickets to Winter Festival are non-refundable under any circumstance and all ticket (entry & ice skating) purchases are made in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the scenario of you being required to self-isolate, we will move your tickets to a more suitable date.
If you are unable to attend the event before we close, then your tickets will be welcomed any of our next events throughout the year at Brent Cross, including the Spring Festival & The Beach at Brent Cross.
